Abstract

The invention relates to an illuminating device for a reflexively operated flat screen. The inventive device comprises a flat light guide (22) that extends over the surface of the screen, is arranged on the visual side of the screen (24) and is provided with a microprism structure or microprism-like structure (21). Light can be coupled into said light guide at least in the area of a side edge. According to the invention, the microprism surface structure or microprism-like surface structure is mounted on the side of the light guide (22), whereby said side faces the screen surface when the light guide (22) is arranged at the screen (24).
