Abstract
The invention relates to a sealing disc (140), especially for a fuel injection nozzle, which comprises a filter section (142) and a sealing section (144) that is situated radially outside the filter section (142). According to prior art, the filter component and the sealing disc component are separate components. The invention provides a component which combines the functions of said filter component and said sealing disc component.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dichtscheibe, insbesondere für eine Kraftstoff-Einspritzdüse.The invention relates to a sealing washer, in particular for a fuel injection nozzle.
Der Kraftstoff, der einer Einspritzdüse eines Kraftstoff-Einspritzsystems zugeführt wird, wird üblicherweise beim Eintritt in die Einspritzdüse gefiltert. Auf diese Weise wird verhindert, daß Schmutzpartikel in die Einspritzdüse eindringen und deren Funktion beeinträchtigen. In Fig. 1 ist eine Kraftstoff-Einspritzdüse nach dem Stand der Technik gezeigt. Der Düsenkörper 10 ist mit einem eingeschraubten Druckrohrstutzen 12 versehen, über den der Einspritzdüse der Kraftstoff zugeführt wird, der schließlich in den Verbrennungsraum einer von der Einspritzdüse versorgten Verbrennungskraftmaschine eingespritzt wird. Um die Dichtigkeit zwischen dem Düsenkörper 10 und dem Druckrohrstutzen 12 zu gewährleisten, ist eine Dichtscheibe 14 vorgesehen, die aus Weicheisen besteht. Diese dichtet zwischen dem Boden der zur Aufnahme des Druckrohrstutzens vorgesehenen Bohrung im Düsenkörper 10 und der entsprechenden Stirnseite des Druckrohrstutzens ab.
Im Inneren des Druckrohrstutzens ist ein Filterelement 16 angeordnet, das als Stabfilter ausgebildet sein kann. Das Filterelement dient dazu, den über den Druckrohrstutzeπ 12 zugeführten Kraftstoff zu filtern.1 shows a fuel injection nozzle according to the prior art. Eine Dichtscheibe mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 vereint in einem einzigen Bauteil die Funktionen von zwei bisher immer separat ausgeführten Bauteilen: zum einen wird eine Dichtwirkung für den Druckrohrstutzen bereitgestellt, und zum anderen wird ein Filter für den der Einspritzdüse zugeführten Kraftstoff gebildet. Somit ergeben sich zum einen Vorteile bei der Montage. Zum anderen wird vermieden, daß Späne und Kerben im Druckrohrstutzen entstehen, was bisher beim Einpressen des aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Filterelementes der Fall sein konnte. Außerdem werden die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten des Kraftstoffanschlusses erweitert, da der Druckrohrstutzeπ ohne das separate Filterelement deutlich kleiner baut.
