Abstract
The invention relates to chemistry, biology, medicine, veterinary medicine and environment protection. The inventive method for quantitative assessment of a content or an activity of a fluid to be analysed by means of sampling, storage and an application of a sample on a reagent area of a diagnostic band. The analysed sample is applied to the reagent area in the form of an ordered matrix in such a way that at least two drops can be placed on 1 cm2 of the area surface. The results are collected separately for each sample. The inventive device for carrying out the method for the quantitative assessment of the content or the activity of the analysed fluid comprises a unit for the sampling and storage of the analysed samples, a unit for a distribution of the samples through the reagent area of the diagnostic band and a unit for assessing the picture.
