Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à la préparation d'un extrait aqueux de propolis et d'une poudre de propolis hydrosoluble. Elle peut s'utiliser en médecine, en pharmaceutique et dans les industries cosmétique et de parfumerie et alimentaire. Le procédé de préparation d'un extrait aqueux de propolis consiste à extraire la matière de base du propolis avec une solution aqueuse de sels minéraux à travers laquelle on fait passer lors de l'extraction un courant électrique, et ce au moyen de deux électrodes dont une, la cathode, est en argent. On applique la matière de base du propolis sur l'électrode en argent dans des quantités égales à 0,5-4,0 g par centimètre carré de la surface de l'électrode. On fait passer le courant pendant 3 à 6 heures, la densité du courant traversant l'électrode en argent s'élevant à (1,5-18,0) x 103 A/cm2. On remplace ensuite l'électrode d'argent comportant de la propolis usée par une nouvelle électrode d'argent et on fait de nouveau passer le courant électrique. On refroidit ensuite l'extrait aqueux de propolis. La concentration du propolis dans l'extrait aqueux est augmentée par une nouvelle charge de matière première à base de propolis et par un nouveau passage de courant électrique. En évacuant l'eau de l'extrait de propolis on obtient une poudre de propolis hydrosoluble. L'extrait aqueux de propolis ayant une concentration inférieure à 2 % en poids peut être utilisé comme boisson.
