Abstract

L'invention concerne un système, un procédé et un article de fabrication destinés à fournir un schéma financier de commerce virtuel. Premièrement, un accord est établi entre un acheteur et un vendeur pour des raisons de commerce. Puis, les documents de mise au point et de paiement sont reçus via un réseau. Des documents complémentaires sont également reçus, tel qu'un certificat d'assurance, un certificat d'inspection, un certificat d'origine, une facture/déclaration, une facture du conseiller, des déclarations de sanction et de boycott, une liste de stationnement, une liste du poids, un rapport d'essai de laboratoire, et/ou un certificat de bénéficiaire. Par la suite, les documents complémentaires sont envoyés à une banque pour être vérifiés. Au cours de l'opération, l'acheteur accède aux documents via la banque.
