Description

TAPÓN VERTEDOR PARA LÍQUIDOS VISCOSOS BUCKET PLUG FOR VISCOSE LIQUIDS
MEMORIA DESCRJJBTQ£AMEMORY DESCRJJBTQ £ A
The present invention relates to a pouring stopper for viscous liquids having sensitive characteristics of novelty and inventive activity on the currently known pouring caps.
The pouring plug object of the present invention is especially applicable to containers containing viscous liquids such as vegetable oils, although this does not constitute a specific limitation.
Currently, containers containing vegetable oils, and the like, made of plastic materials of various types, are sold to the public with caps that allow repeated opening and closing for the dosed pouring of oil or other liquid into oilers or other containers of manual use. Said plugs usually have an internal element that guides and regulates the flow of the liquid at its outlet or discharge, an internal seal whose break must be made before using the liquid contained in said container and an outer cap or cap that can be closed. Be threaded or otherwise. Therefore, the use of said containers comprises the initial removal of the closing cap, rupture of the seal and subsequent use, re-closing the container by means of the closing cap until a new use. However, the repeated use of the container in different pouring operations after removing the closure cap represents a sensitive inconvenient for the spills that occur, with the consequent losses of liquid and fouling.
The pouring plug object of the present invention is intended to solve the aforementioned drawbacks, avoiding the loss of liquid and fouling that usually takes place in the currently known pouring caps.
The present invention is based fundamentally on the constitution of a spout in the assembly formed by the closure cap and its cap, with a small outlet for the liquid contained in the container, the cap presenting closing means that effect the closure of both the main opening of the cap as of the pouring spout. By means of this arrangement, it is possible to use the container so that only the upper access cover to the seal must be opened once to break it, while in subsequent uses it is not necessary to remove the cap again but only to lift the lid of the pourer to allow the liquid to exit again by closing it after having poured it. In any case, an essential feature consists in the fact that by arranging the closure plug of a spout with a fine outlet or small discharge capacity, it is possible to use the container containing the viscous liquid directly in domestic applications, by For example, for the pouring of oil into the different containers or dishes in preparation, which allows the use of intermediate containers, such as traditional oil ones, to be suppressed. The precise realization of the cap may admit wide variants complying with the aforementioned characteristics. Thus, for example, the cap may have a body that can be attached to the neck of the bottle provided with a pointed lateral spout or upper spout, being closed by a cap associated with the body of the cap that simultaneously closes the main communication step with the recipient. In other variants, the lid can have an articulated area of closure of the spout, there is a direct communication between the upper part of the cap and the container containing the liquid, so it is not necessary to open the cap of the cap for each individual discharge by the spout or fine spout, that is to say, in the case of domestic application, it will not be necessary to remove the lid every time the liquid must be poured.
In a constructive variant of the present invention, the structural constitution of the fine pouring zone with a stepped widening zone prior to the liquid outlet flange is provided, so that the pouring spout collectively comprises a pouring zone corresponding to the present invention but possibly of shorter relative length with respect to the dimensions of the cap and characterized in that near the liquid outlet zone it has a stepped part that preferably determines a straight zone at the end that is capable of causing the sudden interruption and safe from the discharge stream avoiding all types of dripping.

Figures 17, 18 and 19 show two details in section.
As can be seen in the figures, the pouring plug object of the present invention usually comprises a body -1- fixedly coupled to the upper end of the neck -2- of the bottle or container -3-, presenting a intermediate zone -4- intended for the regularization of the flow of liquid outflow and an intermediate seal cover -5- equipped with a top handle -6- to facilitate its tearing. A top cap -7- is coupled to the body -1- of the cap detachably, for example by means of a threaded area -8-, allowing the cap -7 to be disassembled for the purpose of pouring the liquid in a conventional manner. According to the invention, the cap -7- has a lateral pouring spout -9- that has decreasing width from its start to the pouring end, which has a reduced section outlet -10-, provided with a lower lip -11- anti-drip This embodiment allows the cap to be used both in normal conventional pouring and for a fine pouring similar to that of a cooking oiler, allowing this fine pouring without the need to transfer the liquid from the container -3- to an oiler, or other container intermediate, as is usual today.
In the version shown, the top cover -12- that closes the hood will have a radial expansion -13- that coincides superiorly with the pointed area -9-, closing it and preferably presenting a front flange -14- adjustable against the end of said pouring spout -9-, closing it. In this case, the upper cover -12- has an internal cylindrical body or skirt -15- that adjusts against the inner walls of the cylindrical part of the cap -7-, so that closing the lid -12- is achieved simultaneously the closing of the passage of the container -3- outwards and the closure of the upper part of the pouring spout -9-. Thus, when opening the lid -12-, for example by tilting on the rear hinge -16-, the cap will allow both conventional pouring and fine pouring through the pouring spout, as can be seen in the Figure 5, having indicated the discharge flow with the numeral -17-.

To allow a fine pouring of the liquid, the cap has an expansion -107- that adopts a substantially angular peak structure, which corresponds to the same shape of the cap -104-, determining a rounded vertex for said fine pouring. In accordance with the present improvements, the angular peak -107- has a step-widening -108- straight, curved or possibly slightly angular, located just before the edge -109- of said angular expansion -107- which is which determines the output of the fine stream of liquid. The arrangement of the step -108-, preferably with a straight intermediate zone -110- between the bottom of the step and the flange -109-, allows the abrupt interruption of the fine jet of liquid at the end of the pouring by means of the plug, which completely prevents the dripping of the plug in the pouring operation.
