Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung von biotechnologisch hergestellten Wertstoffen aus Kultur- und/oder Fermenterlösungen beansprucht, welches das Trennen der wasserunlöslichen Feststoffe von der wässerigen, die Wertstoffe enthaltenden Lösung, anschliessendes Filtrieren der erhaltenen Lösung und Aufkonzentrieren der wertstoffhaltigen Lösung mittels Ultrafiltration umfasst, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die abgetrennten Feststoffe einem Waschschritt unterzogen werden, wobei als Waschflüssigkeit das Filtrat aus der Aufkonzentrierungsstufe verwendet wird.
