Abstract

This invention is concerned with camera of simple structure for the shot of multi-direction using modify-means such as prism or mirror for exchange of direction-position of a thing pictured. The camera is single type and it is fixed. This equipment is not necessary rotating heavy camera or setting up multi-camera for the shot of multi-direction. This invention is composed of five means. No 1 is the exchange-means of incedence-route, that is rotating, for the purpose of making incedence into the camera lense of a thing pictured. No 2 is the means of intermittent rotating means as stated above for the purpose of the shot of a thing picture. No 3 is the separating means of being mixed image signals from being captured camera for every directions. No 4 is the image revising means of taking triangular position of the every direction image signals being separated from the separating means. No 5 is the monitoring means of the separating signals. For example, only one camera is necessary for the shot of four direction.

Description

IDescrition)
rriTLE OF THE INVENTION]
Single camera multiple scene observing device
(TECHNICAL FIELD)
This invention is conserned observing device to shoot mulii din i ions 1>\ nm
camera.
CCTV is common system, at present.
This system is installed in the special areas, that is, each spot of building. a
outing place for children, a street, for the purpose of monitoring building fin*.
child accident, traffic problems.
Generally, in usual CCTV systems, single camera is used in shunt ing only
one direction.
Accordingly, if we monitor many places, many cameras are net ssary io rac
directions. Recently, according to develop of digital image ρroe< ssing. thai is .
offering of vivid image gualty, multi management of time devisu m,
enlargement and reduction of stillness image.
(BACKGROUND ART]
F1G.1 is a outline view of the general digital processing CCTV -.ysiem.
It is a outline concept of monitor display that analog signal is convert rd
digital signal and ulti prosessing signal which is reading by cv -m-ra is converted digital signal and multi processing signal is transfern I and out*
more time separating to analog signal.
With this, there is a try of apparatus development which is muii i direct ion
monitoring by one camera.
One of this try, there is a KOREA patent( 10- 1999-fi0717 ) "Camera
photographing direction ajustment apparatus". It is an object of a monii orin.!.'
system that composed of up down rotation frame and left right rotation
frame, is fixed camera.
In this place, camera is fixed and monitor multi direction by moving updow π
and left right.
There is a strong point that only one camera is necessart, but i here is a
weak point that a load of driving units grow larger by heavy camera and
frame and control circuit becomes complicated and mechanical li fe become--.
briefly.
(DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION]
This inventor, for the purpose of disolving of this problem, becomes to
conceive that driving parts and control circuit become more sinmly, by
moving direction to shoot and by fixing camera.
At this point, if using transformed means of incidence route, pi Km or
reflection mirror so that changing subject's position which is inπdenccd t o the camera lens and fix one camera, it became to invent simpl. mult i
direction monitoring apparatus that rotated transformed means of incidence
route without rotating heavy camera or setting multi cameras.
This camara device is invented so simply that to change the c .l ection or
position of a subject we can use the transformed means of incidence roti
such as prism or mirror without rotating a heavy camera or op. rating sev. nil
earners. The camera should be fixed and we just rotate the tπi is formed
means of incidence route. So it becomes possible to shoot in n ulti direction
(all directions ).
This device is composed of five parts. First is the transformed means of
incidence route that is rotating infont of the camera. This changes the
incidence route and the subject in all directions around camera i -, taken iin • »
the camera being fixed. Second is the medium of intermittent
motion(intermitter) that rotates intermittently the transformed medium of
incidence route in order to pause the subject in all directions in a short t ime
Third is the image separation means that separates each image form imagi
mixed form camera in all directions.
Fourth is the image revision means that enhances the image separated foπi
camera up to taking triangular position of each direction. Last i . i he monit or
means that displays the image separated. The point is that only one camera is necessary for the shot of ill direct io -
It is desirable that camera is CCD camera, transformed media < A incidence
route is prism or deflection mirror.
[PRACTICAL APPLICATION EXAMPLES]
There is a camera( l l ). Front of camera( l l ), transformed tool of incideiu*.
route is setting and rotating. Transformed tool of incidence rou r is rot ated
by motor. It is used geneva cam(15), intermittent rotation tool, because tn
rotating for the purpose of stop range momentary shooing four direct ion:- ,
east -west-south-north.
In this application example, transformed tool(13) of incidence route is fi.v I
jeneva cam's shaft, is rotated with jeneva cam(15).
Mixed 4 directions image output signal from single camera( l l ) is separated
each direction image from image separation tool, the next, imaμe correction
tool(23 ) make each direction's image take a triangular posit ion and, the
second, input to the monitor division tool(25).
Monitor division tool is the tool of monitor for the purpose of eeing mult i
(BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS]
FIG.l is a outline view of the general digital prosessing CCTV .ystem.
FIG.2 is a total view of this invention. FIG.3 is a principle view of JENEVA cam.
FIG.4a, 4b is a principle view of image separator.
FIG.5 is a principle view of image correction means.
