Abstract

Zur Bestimmung von PCR-Produkten, wobei von mindestens einer Zielsequenz amplifizierte PCR-Produkte in einem Durchflusszytometer gemessen werden und in die PCR-Produkte zwei unterschiedliche Markierungen eingebaut werden, von denen die eine ein Partikel oder eine Bindungsstelle für Partikel ist und die andere Markierung ein in einem Durchflusszytometer detektierbarer Farbstoff oder eine Bindungsstelle für einen solchen Farbstoff ist, werden die zwei unterschiedlichen Markierungen während der PCR durch Verwendung unterschiedlich markierter Primer und/oder unterschielich markierter Nukleotide in die PCR-Produkte eingebaut.
