Description

WASTE BOX
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to a waste box, In particular, it relates to a waste box to which the waste bag is conveniently attached and the sufficient amount of waste stuff could be filled up to the capacity of the waste box.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The conventional waste boxes have been used with the waste bag of plastic film sheet being inserted into the waste box and hung up on the upper edge of the box. The use of waste bag makes it possible to keep the waste box clean so that the waste box should not have to be frequent ly washed. And when the waste box is to be cleared, the use of waste bag is convenient because the user only need to wrap around and tied up the bag to remove it from the waste box.
But, the conventional waste box has some problems because it is not easy to hang up the waste bag on the waste box. In general , the upper end of the waste bag has to be folded to wrap the waste box along the upper edge of it. But the folded waste bag is not firmly supported on the waste box so that the waste bag may be easily slipped out of the place and the waste stuffs may direct contact the inner wall of the waste box. Also, the appearance of the waste box is not desirable because the waste bag is usual ly irregularly folded or wrinkled.
Meanwhile, some type of waste bag hanger have been known which has no surrounding wall. But, in general, these hangers are structurally unstable and the waste stuff may flow out of the torn waste bag.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The invention was created to solve the problems with the conventional art as described above. The object of the invention is to provide a waste box on which the waste bag could be easily fixed with the desirable shape and the waste stuff may be sufficiently filled up to the capacity of the waste box.
According to the first aspect of the invention, there is provided with a waste box 10 having a bonding member 12 on the upper surrounding which does not lose the bonding force for repeated use, so that the waste bag 14 could be detachably attached on the bonding member 12 of the waste box.
According to another aspect of the invention, the waste box 10 is comprized of container 18 in which the waste stuff is filled and a neck portion 20 detachably engaged with the upper edge of the container 18, the container 18 being expanded broader than the neck portion 20 and the boding member 12 being provided on the surface of the neck portion 20 so that the waste bag 14 is attachable on the neck portion 20.
According to another aspect of the invention, the bonding member 12 includes the aromatic material so that the smell of the waste stuff could be reduced.
According to another aspect of the invention, on the upper portion of the waste box 10, there is provided with a projection 34 as well as the bonding member 12, so that the waste bag 14 having the loop 3 could be hung up on the projection 34 of the waste box 10.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
According to Figure 1 to Figure 3 showing the first embodiment of the invention, there is provided with a waste box 10 having the inclined upper surrounding 11, and the bonding member 12 is provided on the inner surface of the surrounding 11. Preferably, the bonding member 12 may be attached on the engaging piece 16 detachably engaged with the hole 13 on the surrounding 11. Instead of engaging hole 13, a recess may be formed to engage with the engaging piece 16. The bonding member 12 has the property to keep the bonding force for considerably repeated use. The bonding member 12 also has the property to be easily detachable by appling ordinary removing force. For these purposes, any bonding pad or bonding tape available in the market to meet the required properties can be adopted. Therefore, the bonding member 12 could be used for a quite a long time. If the bonding force be weaken by attached dust , then the bonding member 12 may be washed with water for reuse. Finally, if the bonding force is seriously reduce for a long use, then the engaging piece 16 may be detached from the waste box 10 and exchanged with the new engaging piece 16 with the bonding member 12. The illustrated embodiment is depicted that the waste box 10 have a rectangular cross section, but circular section or other shape may be used. And, the above embodiment is depicted as the bonding member 12 is disposed on the inner wall of the waste box 10, but it may be disposed on the top of the surroundings or outer surface of the upper surrounding. Figure 4 shows another embodiment of the invention, in which the bonding member 12 is directly attached on the upper inner wall of the waste box 10 instead of indirectly attachment on the engaging piece 12. Figure 5 and Figure 6 shows another embodiment of the invention, in which the waste box 10 is comprized of rectangular shaped container 18 and neck portion 20 detachably engaged with the upper end of the container 18. The container 20 is broader than the neck portion 20. The bonding member 12 is disposed on the upper surrounding 22 of the neck portion 20. According to the shape of this embodiment in which the container 18 is broader than the neck portion 20, when the waste bag 14 is inserted into the waste box 10, the bottom part of the waste bag 14 may be widely spreaded. Therefore, the input waste stuff may be expanded widely into the inner wall of the container 18, so that the waste bag 14 will be also expanded and tightly compacted into the Conner of the container 18 with leaving no void inside the container 18. And, when the waste box 10 has been filled with waste stuffs, then the waste bag 14 should be detached from the bonding member 12, and the neck portion 20 may be removed from the container 18, and the waste bag 14 may be wrapped around and tied up to be lifted from the container 18.
Figure 7 shows another embodiment of the invention, in which, instead of forming a folded or inclined upper edge 22 on the surrounding of the neck portion, the bonding member 12 is formed on the upright upper edge 36 of the neck portion 20.
Preferably, the bonding member 12 includes aromatic material, which will repel or reduce the bad smell of the waste stuffs. Figure 8 shows another embodiment of the invention, in which the neck portion 20 also have the projection 34 as well as the bonding member 12, so that the waste bag 14 having the loop 3 may be hung on the projection 34.
According to the present invention described above, as waste box 10 has the bonding member 12 on the upper edge of it, the waste bag 14 could be easily attached on the waste box 10 with good appearance, which will achieve very convenient waste box. And, the waste box 10 could be kept clean without attaching of the food waste or other dust material. Therefore frequent washing of the waste box 10 is not required. And, as the waste box 10 has the neck portion 20 which is narrower than the main container 18, the waste bag 14 may be expanded broadly and sufficiently filled with waste stuff. Also, the aromatic material in the bonding member 12 will reduce the bad smell of the waste stuffs. Moreover, the projection 34 formed on the neck portion 20 wi 11 make it easy to hang up the waste bag 14 having the loop 3.
