According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the fixing agent is an adhesive tape, in particular a nano-adhesive tape, which preferably has a multiplicity of nano-hairs. The adhesive tape can be coated with an adhesive, as used, for example, for the production of self-adhesive, residue-removable and multi-adhesive notes in the office area.

A nano-adhesive tape is to be understood as meaning a fixing agent whose action is based on nature-known adhesive systems which allow, for example, insects to run on surfaces which are oriented in any desired way. These adhesive systems are based on the formation of fine hair on, for example, insect legs or under the feet of geckos. Such nano-hairs have a thickness of only a few 100 nanometers, wherein the adhesion to surfaces is also based on the effect of van der Waals forces. A method of surface modification to increase the adhesiveness of an object is disclosed, for example, in US Pat DE 102 23 234 B4 described.

Preferably, the effect of the fixing agent is permanent and / or recoverable by cleaning. Accordingly, the fixing agent is designed so that it does not lose its adhesive effect even after repeated changing of the bag. Should this still diminish over time, for example, due to contamination by dust or the like, the adhesion or suction through a simple cleaning process, for example, by wiping the fixative with soapy water, recoverable.

According to the invention, the fixing means is arranged on an inner side of the holding device. In this way, a visually appealing solution is achieved in which the bag can be fixed to the holding device without the bag edge protruding beyond this or must be folded over an upper edge of the holding device.

Alternatively or additionally, the fixing means may be arranged at least in sections also on the upper end side of the holding device. In this case, therefore, at least sections of the fixing agent are on a particular horizontal upper edge surface of the holding device.

Further preferably, the fixing agent is arranged along the entire circumference of the filling area. This ensures that the bag rests completely on the holding device and that no articles to be filled can fall between the edge of the bag and the holding device.

Alternatively, the fixing means may be arranged only in sections along the filling area. In this embodiment, the manufacturing costs may be reduced by requiring only smaller portions to be provided with the fixing agent. This can also facilitate the removal of the bag in the case of strongly adhering fixatives.

In a preferred embodiment, the fixing means is interchangeable connected by means of a holder with the holding device. In this way, an exchange of the fixing agent is simplified, if such should be required due to decreasing adhesive effect or an optimized for the type of bag used fixing should be used.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the holding device is formed substantially annular. In such holding devices, which either have legs or are fastened directly to a wall or a cabinet door, an annular holding element is provided in an upper region, to which the bag is fastened via the fixing means, while otherwise hanging freely or on the floor or a floor element of the holding device stands up. It should be noted that under "annular" not only holding devices are to be understood with circular cross-section, but also other, in particular rectangular cross-sections are possible.

Alternatively, the holding device may be formed as a bottom closed container. This avoids that when a bag is cracked or leaking its contents are distributed in space.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the fixing agent is arranged on the inside in the upper edge region of the container. In this way, the bag can be hidden in the container insert, so that the bag is not visible in a lateral view of the container.

Advantageously, the fixing means may be arranged not only in the upper edge region, but on essential regions of the inner side surfaces of the container. The fixing means is in contrast to the above, taking place only in the upper edge region arrangement on a larger surface of the holding device, for example in the form of a film, whereby an improved due to the increased adhesive surface fixation of the bag is achieved.
