本発明は、上記目的を達成するために提案されたものであって、下記の構成からなることを特徴とするものである。
すなわち、本発明によれば、容器の口部に取り付けるキャップ本体に上蓋をヒンジ連結し、前記キャップ本体は、拡開状の注出筒および該注出筒の底板に設けた切り取り可能な開口予定部を有し、前記上蓋は、先端部が内方に傾斜した液溜まり板に形成され前記注出筒内に嵌入するシール筒を有してなり、閉蓋時に前記注出筒の下半部内面に前記シール筒および前記液溜まり板の少なくとも一部が周状に密接し、かつ、前記キャップ本体から前記上蓋を直角に開いた際、前記上蓋の液溜まり板先端から下ろした垂線が前記キャップ本体の拡開状の注出筒の端に接することを特徴とする液垂れ防止注出キャップが提供される。
