Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de découpe de produits, caractérisé en ce que les produits sont acheminés le long d'une chaîne de transport, au moyen d'un convoyeur à bande, en ce que les produits sont acheminés sur au moins deux convoyeurs (3a et 3b), lesquels s'étendent sensiblement dans la même direction, en ce qu'il s'effectue une détection de la taille et/ou du volume et/ou de la masse des produits (1) transportés par ces convoyeurs, et en ce qu'il est déterminé des positions de découpes souhaitées (11) pour ces produits. En outre, une commande ou régulation de l'acheminement des produits s'effectue de façon que la découpe ou le sectionnement des pièces puisse être exécuté aux endroits de coupe souhaités, afin que les pièces sectionnées possèdent une taille déterminée.
