Further, in the following description, the necessary description for understanding the present invention are set forth to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. It is noted that a detailed description of known functions and constructions unnecessarily obscuring the subject matter of the present invention has been omitted in the following description for clarity.
FIG. 1 is a view for reference according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. la is a view illustrating the circulation state of cooling water according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a view for reference according to a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a view for reference according to a third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3a is a sectional view illustrating the line 1-1 of FIG. 3, FIG. 4 is a view for reference according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a plane view illustrating one of the coolness and warmth device of FIG. 4. Also, while the format of the coolness and warmth device applied in all embodiments of the present invention is good same as the that of FIG. 5, it is noted that the format of the coolness and warmth device is not limited.
Whereas the present invention is discriminated by six embodiments of the present invention, various changes and modifications such as the partial construction change, the material change, the change of the part number may be made naturally without departing from the true scope of the present invention. Meanwhile, when the peltier element as a plate-type semiconductor invented by Peltier of the France on 19 century is supplied with the direct current power supply, the heat is caused in one surface and the other surface becomes cool. Also, when the polarity of the power supply is changed, the surface where the heat was caused before that becomes cool and the other surface which became cool generates the heat. Therefore, the cooling and warmth device according to the present invention uses the peltier element as stated herebefore.
Firstly, in the first embodiment of the present invention, a radiator 50 as shown in FIG. 1 is fixed at the exterior of the bottom plate of the car, and a water pump 40 connected with the radiator 50 is fixed at the upper surface of the car bottom plate. And, a metal plate 21 where the peltier element 30 is fitted at the bottom surface thereof and a housing 22 for supporting the metal plate 21 are respectively fixed at the seat cushion and the back of the car chair. At this point, the housing 22 and the metal plate 21 are fixed by the assembly of a screw, and the metal plate 21 and the peltier element 30 are fixed by the assembly of the screw, also.
In this state, once the power supply of the car is applied through a electric wire 31 to the peltier element 30, a portion which is contacted with the metal plate 21 becomes cool and accordingly, a body portion contacted to the metal plate 21 becomes cool for a short time. Here, the peltier element 30 must be always cool to eliminate the heat and to smoothly make the cool operation of the peltier element because the peltier element 30 emits the heat to be warm in contrary portion contacted with the metal plate 21. Accordingly, a cooling water bucket 60, the water pump 40, and the radiator 50 are constructed as illustrated in FIG. 5. Also, the cool water is always circulated in two cooling water buckets 60 by the operation of the water pump 40(in parallel), and the circulation of the cooling water is performed by the operation of the radiator 50. Therefore, the peltier element is refrigerated by the cooling water bucket 60 and thus, becomes cool.
Next, the detailed description of the second embodiment of the present invention will be given hereinafter. In comparison with FIG. 1, the second embodiment of the present invention has no cooling water bucket and refrigerates the peltier element by a pan motor 40a That is. a plurality of cooling pins 32a are fixed at the bottom surface of the peltier element 30a fitted at the bottom surface of the metal plate 21a and the pan motor 40a is fixed thereat. Further, a protrusion tube 23a is shaped at the bottom surface of the housing 22a, and a tube body 50a is assembled at the housing 22a of the seat cushion through a car bottom plate 5. Also, while being assembled at the housing 23a of the back of the car chair, a tube body 60a is passed through the tube body 50a As a result, the peltier element is refrigerated by the operation of the pan motor 40a and the warm air generated by the above refrigeration is discharged through the tube bodies 50a and 60a to the exterior of the car.
Following that, the detailed description of the third embodiment of the present invention will be given hereinafter. The pan motor is omitted in the second embodiment and instead of pan motor, the peltier element is refrigerated by flowing the cool air of the exterior of the car into the housing. Namely, when driving the car, an air guiding material 60b is installed to flow the air into the car. Further, a tube body 40b is penetrated the air guiding material 60b and the housing 22b of the seat cushion, and a tube body 41 is connected between two housings. A tube body 50b is penetrated through the housing at the back of the chair, and the end of the housing thereof is penetrated through the car bottom plate. In this case, when driving the car, the air of the exterior is flown in the housing of the seat cushion through the air guiding material, thereby refrigerating he peltier element 30b where the cooling pins 32b are fixed, and discharging the peltier element through the tube body 50a to the exterior of the car after refrigerating the peltier element at the back of the chair. Therefore, the peltier element smoothly becomes cool. Herein, numeral reference 21b as not explained is the metal plate and numeral reference 30b as not explained is electric wire.
After that, the detailed description of the fourth embodiment of the present invention will be given hereinafter. Therein, a peltier element 30c is cooled with water jacketed operation and the cool air outside the car is inclosed in the car, thereby operating the coolness and warmth device more smoothly. That is, since the cooling method of the peltier is same as that of the first embodiment, its description is omitted. However, it is noted that a cover 50c is assembled at the upper surface of the metal plate 21c and a plurality of holes 51c are formed at the cover 50c. Also, a plurality of cooling pins 23c are fixed at the upper surface of the metal plate 21c. Therefore, when the air of the exterior is in-lowed through an air guiding material 90c and a tube body 80c into the cover 50c, the inflowed air is refrigerated to be cool by the metal plate 21c and the cooling pins 23c, wherein the metal plate 21c and the cooling pins 23c are cooled by the peltier element. Thus, the refrigerated air is discharged through a hole 51c shaped at the cover 50c of the seat cushion, the discharged air is contacted to the human body, and simultaneously the air inflowed into the cover 50c at the back of the chair through a tube body 81c is refrigerated to be cool by the metal plate 21c and the cooling pin 23c which are refrigerated by the peltier element as well as is discharged to the exterior of the cover 50c, thereby making the human body to be cool, also. Here, the numeral reference 70c as not explained is a radiator, the numeral reference 60c as not explained is a water pump, the numeral references 61c, 62c, 71c, and 72c as not explained are tube bodies, the numeral reference 40c as not explained is a cooling water bucket, and the numeral reference 22c as not explained is a housing.
Further, the detailed description of the fifth embodiment of the present invention will be given hereinafter. Herein, the fifth emr-odiment thereof corresponds to an embodiment made by combining embodiments of FIGs. 2 and 4. Therefore, a peltier element 30d is refrigerated by a pan motor 40d and the air of exterior of the car is charged through a hole 51d of a cover 50d at the back of the chair and the seat cushion while penetrating an air guiding material 80d, thereby contacting the human body. Herein, the numeral reference 22d as not explained is a housing, the numeral reference 31d as not explained is an electric wire, the numeral references as not explained are cooling pins, the numeral references 60d, 61d, 70d, and 71d as not explained are tube bodies, and the numeral reference 21d as not explained is a metal plate.
Furthermore, the detailed description of the sixth embodiment of the present invention will be given hereinafter. Herein, the sixth embodiment thereof corresponds to an embodiment made by combining embodiments of FIGs. 3 and 6 and uses no pan motor.
Tnat is, the air of the exterior influenced through an air guiding material 70e and a tube body 50e is inclosed into a cover 40e and a housing 22e of the seat cushion while penetrating another tube body 52e. At this point, a valve 61a is open and a value 60e of a tube body 54 connected to the tube body 50e is closed Therefore. the air of the exterior is refrigerated by the metal plate 21e and the cooling pins 23e and discharged through a hole 41 e of each cover, simultaneously, thereby contacting the human body. Of course, the air of the exterior inflowed into the housing is discharged through the tube body 55e to the exterior of the car after refrigerating he peltier element 30e. In the meantime, in the sixth embodiment, the air of the exterior is not used and the wind of the air conditioner is used instead of that, so that the peltier element can be refrigerated. At the same of that, the peltier element is discharged through the cover, thereby connecting the tube body 54e to a doc of the air conditioner, making the value
60e to be open, and closing the valve 61e. Thus, since the cool wind of the air conditioner instead of the air of the exterior is inflowed into the housing and the cover at the seat cushion and the back of the chair, the driver feels to be cool.
As stated previously, the present invention refrigerates the peltier element by using a cooling water, a pan, the air of the exterior, or the wind of the air conditioner we well as makes the driver to be cool. Cf course, it is natural that the construction as explained hereinbefore is adapted equally to a driver seat as well as an assistant seat and back seats. Also it is natural that the construction is also adapted to various seats or couch except for the car seat. According to the present invention, because the technique which the power supply is applied to the peltier element, the pan motor, the radiator, and the water pump and the electric technique for operating the above units is general technique, it is not explained particularly. Likewise, since the technique for installing the coolness and warmth device at the seat and the back of the chair is not special, its description is omitted with any special description.
In the above respective embodiments, while it is preferable that the metal plate, the cooling water bucket, the cover, and cooling pine are made of the material such as aluminium or brass that the thermal conductivity is good, it is regardless not use the metal for making the cover and the housing.
