Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition aqueuse détergente liquide ou de type gel qui comprend (a) d'environ 0,1 % à environ 15 % en masse d'un acide borique ou d'un composé de bore, (b) d'environ 0,1 % à environ 10 % en masse d'un composé polyhydroxy choisi dans le groupe constitué de éthylène glycol, propylène glycol, 1,2-propanediol, butylène glycol, hexylène glycol, glycérol, mannitol, sorbitol, erythritol, glucose, fructose, lactose, erythritol-1,4-anhydride, et des mélanges de ceux-ci, et (c) d'environ 0,01 % à environ 1,0 % en masse d'un sel métallique alcalin choisi dans le groupe constitué de sulfites métalliques alcalins, de bisulfites métalliques alcalins, de métabisulfites métalliques alcalins, de thiosulphates métalliques alcalins, de borohydrures métalliques alcalins et de mélanges de ceux-ci, et (d) d'environ 5 % à environ 80 % d'eau. Ces compositions offrent une meilleure stabilité des enzymes amylases, en particulier en présence d'enzymes protéases.
