Abstract

L'invention concerne une analyse du génotype du mouton servant à déterminer s'il y a présence d'un allèle PrP de un ou de plusieurs acides aminés 171, 154, ou 136, ledit procédé consistant à obtenir un échantillon d'ADN génomique ou une copie de cet ADN à partir d'un animal d'expérience, à fournir des amorces prédéterminées à une séquence d'ADN cible variant au niveau de ses deux derniers nucléotides, l'avant-dernier nucléotide étant situé dans le site polymorphe, et à les incuber avec ledit échantillon dans des conditions convenables permettant une liaison polynucléotidique, à soumettre cet échantillon incubé à une PCR, et à déterminer s'il y a présence ou non d'ADN amplifié.
