Abstract

L'invention porte sur des procédés de génération de plantes transgéniques dont l'activité génique ou la structure d'un acide nucléique est modifiée. Selon certains procédés, les plantes sont issues de graines provenant d'un croisement entre deux plantes transgéniques. Un parent possède un gène codant une molécule effectrice d'acide nucléique sous la maîtrise d'un promoteur minimal et l'autre parent possède une séquence de reconnaissance de la molécule effectrice d'acide nucléique. Lorsque le gène codant la molécule effectrice se trouve à proximité d'un gène endogène, la molécule effectrice est exprimée et active le ou les gènes endogènes situés près de la séquence de reconnaissance.
