Abstract

L'invention concerne une seringue pourvue d'une structure déformante (50) destinée à déformer de façon permanente la paroi (12) du cylindre et rompre le joint (30) d'étanchéité entre le piston (20) et la paroi du cylindre. Cette structure déformante est montée pivotante dans le piston, de manière à passer par rotation d'une position de repos où la structure déformante ne déforme pas la paroi du cylindre à une position d'activation où le dispositif de déformation vient au contact de la paroi du cylindre de manière à déformer cette dernière de façon permanente, et vice-versa. Le piston est équipé d'un actionneur destiné à faire tourner la structure déformante pour la faire passer en position de contact avec la paroi du corps de pompe lorsque le piston revient en arrière, à la suite d'une injection complète ou partielle. Ce mécanisme fait de la seringue une seringue à usage unique, que l'on ne peut pas ré-utiliser après la première injection, ce qui empêche tout re-remplissage éventuel de ladite seringue.
