Upon finishing the finge ⁇ rint identification, a policeman can come to the transaction site and arrest the illegal user. In this case, since the service is proceeded in the normal state, the illegal user can not recognize that the illegal transaction is reported to the police station, so that it is possible to protect the user of the cash card from the illegal user.
