Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de service financier utilisant l'identification par empreinte digitale et un procédé s'y rapportant. Elle concerne en particulier un système de service financier grâce auquel un usager, identifiable par son empreinte digitale et par un mot de passe (facultatif), peut déposer ou retirer de l'argent. Elle concerne également un système qui améliore la stabilité et la fiabilité d'un système de service financier en distinguant une empreinte digitale stockée dans un état normal d'une empreinte digitale stockée dans un état d'alarme, ce qui a pour résultat d'empêcher que des tierces personnes ne puissent forcer de manière illicite un usager à déposer ou à retirer de l'argent en utilisant le système de service financier. Lorsqu'un usager, sous la contrainte de tiers, utilise le système dans un état d'alarme pour déposer ou retirer de l'argent, la transaction est signalée à un poste de police, à l'insu desdits tiers, ce qui protège l'usager et améliore la stabilité et la fiabilité du système. En outre, un usager peut accomplir toutes procédures financières, telles que des procédures de dépôt ou de retrait, de manière à éviter un quelconque délit de la part d'un caissier de banque. De plus, les procédures de dépôt ou de retrait d'argent ne sont autorisées qu'après vérification du mot de passe et de l'empreinte digitale de l'usager au niveau du terminal côté usager, ce qui élimine la possibilité pour un caissier de banque ou un tiers de commettre un délit.
