Disposición identificativa codificada aplicable para la salvaguarda de la identidad de recién nacidos que consiste en dos elementos anulares (10) y (10') fijados sobre un elemento de soporte (11), el elemento anular (10) transportado por la madre, disponiendo de un clip de retención (12), mientras que el elemento anular (10') fijado sobre una cadena (13) se sitúa sobre el cuello de la madre (14), presentando ambos elementos anulares (10) y (10') un código identificativo similar, incorporándose el elemento anular (10) sobre la pinza (1) de aplicación umbilical en el momento del nacimiento del niño.

DISPOSICIÓN IDENTIFICATIVA CODIFICADA APLICABLE PARA LA SALVAGUARDA DE LA IDENTIDAD DE RECIÉN NACIDOS
D E S C R I P C I Ó N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente memoria descriptiva se refiere a una disposición identificativa codificada aplicable para la salvaguarda de la identidad de recién nacidos, cuya evidente finalidad estriba en permitir mantener en todo momento la identidad del recién nacido, basándose en el hecho de que la pinza aplicada sobre el cordón umbilical o elemento similar destinado al mismo fin que la pinza, se configura como el elemento que recibe en primer lugar el recién nacido en el momento de nacer, siendo al mismo tiempo lo único que mantiene el neonato durante varios dias, al margen de todas las maniobras o situaciones, que le puedan acaecer al mismo dentro del ámbito hospitalario, habiéndose constatado que en la mayoria de los casos, la pinza o elemento similar se desprende del portador con posterioridad a que el niño se encuentra fuera del recinto hospitalario, es decir en su domicilio.
CAMPO DE LA INVENCIÓN
Esta invención tiene su aplicación dentro de la industria dedicada a la fabricación de aparatos, dispositivos y elementos auxiliares para la identificación de recién nacidos.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Por parte del solicitante se tiene conocimiento de la existencia en la actualidad y por supuesto de aplicación general una serie de pulseras que son incorporadas sobre las muñecas de los recién nacidos, teniendo los pertinentes datos que identifican al niño con su madre.
Se ha constatado que en algunas ocasiones se ha realizado el cambio de los niños, conllevando con posterioridad una pluralidad de problemas de gran complejidad a la hora de resolverlos.
El solicitante también conoce la existencia de un carnet de recién nacido, sobre el cual se realiza la incorporación de la huella plantar del neonato, al mismo tiempo que se incorporan los pertinentes datos del nombre de los padres y dirección de los mismos, consiguiendo consecuentemente que no exista problema alguno a la hora de identificar al recién nacido, ya que las huellas plantares son exactamente iguales a las huellas dactilográficas de las extremidades superiores.
Este sistema descrito anteriormente, aunque constatado de gran utilidad y de total eficacia, conlleva la realización de operaciones auxiliares que determinan el empleo de un tiempo sustancial por parte de los especialistas en el paritorio, ante lo cual seria deseable contar con una disposición de eficacia similar, en la cual no se constatase como necesario la realización de operaciones auxiliares.
Sin embargo, por parte del solicitante no se tiene conocimiento en la actualidad de la existencia de una invención dotada de las características señaladas anteriormGnte como idóneao.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La disposición identificativa codificada aplicable para la salvaguarda de la identidad de recién 5 nacidos que la invención propone, se configura en si misma como una evidente novedad dentro de su campo especifico de aplicación, al reunir en su contexto una serie de ventajas que determinan una eficacia similar a la citada como idónea, requiriendo en su fabricación el 10 empleo de un tiempo sensiblemente inferior.
De forma más concreta, la disposición identificativa codificada aplicable para la salvaguarda de la identidad de recién nacidos objeto de la
15 invención, está constituida a partir de la incorporación sobre la madre antes de llegar al paritorio de dos anillos de material plástico o metal noble, sobré los cuales se ha realizado una señal unipersonal o código, estando ambos anillos previamente
20 esterilizados, desprendiendo uno de los anillos el personal encargado de colocar la pinza umbilical e incorporando el mismo en el extremo de la pinza con anterioridad a su cierre, quedando el segundo elemento anular provisto de la clave de identificación en
25 posesión de la madre.
Cuando el recién nacido es devuelto a la madre, ésta podrá constatar a tenor de la identificación existente en los dos anillos, en el 30 portado por ella y el incorporado en la pinza, que se trata del mismo niño que recibió el elemento anular en el momento de su nacimiento y consecuentemente constatar que se trata de su hijo.
j DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, una hoja de planos en la cual con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
La figura número 1.- Corresponde a una vista del desarrollo total de la invención, relativa a una disposición identificativa codificada aplicable para la salvaguarda de la identidad de recién nacidos .
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de esta figura número 1 y única, puede observarse como la disposición identificativa codificada aplicable para la salvaguarda de la identidad de recién nacidos, está constituida a partir del hecho de que la madre (14) porta dos elementos anulares (10) y (10') en el momento de su ingreso al paritorio, teniendo ambos elementos anulares (10) y (10') un código identificativo exactamente igual, pudiendo incorporar el elemento anular (10) de fácil desprendimiento de un elemento de soporte (11) fijado al terno de la madre mediante un clip o similar (12), mientras que el elemento anular (10') es incorporado sobre una cadena (13) situada sobre el cuerpo de la madre ( 1 ) .
Llegado el momento de requerir la incorporación de la pinza (1), los especialistas retirarán el elemento anular (10), introduciéndolo en la pinza (1) para posteriormente cerrarla, quedando el elemento anular (10) prendido de la pinza (1), y
situado en esta posición hasta el momento en el cual el neonato no requiera de la pinza (1), situación que generalmente se produce entre los seis y ocho dias posteriores al nacimiento del niño, por lo cual el neonato abandonará el establecimiento sanitario con la pinza (1) y el elemento anular (10) que presenta una clave similar al elemento anular (10') incorporado sobre la cadena retenedora (13) sobre la madre (14) .

Claims
1.- Disposición identificativa codificada aplicable para la salvaguarda de la identidad de recién nacidos, caracterizada por estar constituida a partir de dos elementos anulares (10) y (10') portados por la madre sobre un elemento de soporte (11) el elemento anular (10), provisto de un clip de retención (12), incorporando el elemento anular (10') sobre una cadena (13) sobre el cuello de la madre (14), presentando ambos elementos anulares (10) y (10') un código identificativo similar.
2.- Disposición identificativa codificada aplicable para la salvaguarda de la identidad de recién nacidos, según la primera reivindicación, caracterizada porque el elemento anular (10) es incorporado en el momento del nacimiento sobre la pinza (1) de aplicación umbilical .
