Abstract

On détermine des caractéristiques du sang, y compris l'hémoglobine, de façon non invasive à partir d'un mélange de liquide et de globules sanguins, contenu dans un récipient perméable à la lumière, notamment à partir d'un vaisseau sanguin d'un humain, et ce au moyen de deux rayons lumineux de longueurs d'ondes différentes dirigés sur le vaisseau en question. On calcule ensuite un quotient des intensités détectées de la lumière réfléchie provenant des rayons lumineux. Les caractéristiques du sang sont déterminées par l'analyse dudit quotient.
