Abstract

La présente invention concerne une nouvelle modalité structurale pour environnements multifonctionnels impliquant une construction (1) sur laquelle des revêtements d'une variété d'unités multifonctionnelles (2, 3, 4, 5) sont disposés, chacun consistant en un espace résidentiel (10) et en un espace commercial (20). L'accès à chacun de ces espaces (10, 20) s'effectue de façon indépendante et au moyen d'ascenseurs (12, 22), d'escaliers (13, 23) et de halls (8B, 6R) qui sont dépourvus de communication directe entre eux. Selon cette invention, le passage de l'espace commercial (20) à l'espace résidentiel (10) d'une seule unité multifonctionnelle (2, 3, 4, 5) peut s'effectuer réciproquement par une porte interne (non représentée).
