Abstract
Cette invention se rapporte aux techniques de lutte contre les incendies et concerne un générateur de mousse comprenant un corps cylindrique qui possède des flancs à ses extrémités, l'un de ces flancs comportant une buse d'alimentation en une solution aqueuse d'un agent moussant. La surface latérale du corps comprend un conduit radial d'alimentation en air. Dans le corps se trouve un chambre de mélange de forme cylindrique s'élargissant à la sortie ainsi qu'un diffuseur conique. La chambre de mélange est disposée de sorte que son axe longitudinal soit décalé par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la buse. Une charge est fixée sur la chambre de mélange de manière à laisser un jour par rapport au corps. Dans un premier mode de réalisation, le diffuseur est fixé par sa grande base au flanc du corps opposé à la buse.
