Abstract
The invention relates to a method for printing on candy items such as Calissons d'Aix-en -Provence. The method used makes it possible to print designs (text or graphics) on the white surface of candy items such as Calissons d'Aix-en-Provence or similar, whereby the quality of said designs is the same as that on paper. The inventive method involves a synthetic oil and silicon based flexible stamp which is used to transfer a quick drying ink from an engraved plate to the surface of the candy item, enabling a perfect print to be obtained without damaging the surface of the candy item or altering the taste thereof.

REVENDICATIONS
