Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif électronique (70, 80) miniaturisé et de format réduit avec une alimentation électrique indépendante (15), ce dispositif permettant d'établir une téléconnexion par l'intermédiaire des ondes électromagnétiques échangées le dispositif récepteur (70) d'un utilisateur et un ou plusieurs émetteurs (80-82) correspondant à des individus, des animaux, ou des objets, et plus généralement à des entités sous la responsabilité dudit utilisateur. Le dispositif susmentionné est également muni d'un circuit électronique vocal spécialisé qui dès que la distance entre l'un des émetteurs (80) et le récepteur (70) atteint une valeur définie, produit un avertissement sonore dans ledit récepteur (70), sous la forme d'un nom ou d'un mot permettant d'identifier l'entité protégée.
