Abstract

Un tournevis actionné avec un système de chargement automatique pour des vis ou des boulons. L'invention concerne un tournevis actionné avec un système de chargement automatique pour des vis ou des boulons, qui permet de gagner du temps en travaillant avec des vis ou des boulons. Il est constitué d'un barillet/guide avec un magasin (20). Le barillet/guide est automatiquement chargé par le système mécanique (9, 10, 11, 11a, 11b, 16 et 16a) d'une vis ou d'un boulon (7) qui est tenu(e) par un aimant (8), provenant de son magasin (20). La vis ou le boulon est enfoncé(e) par une barre de filetage avec un embout (6) qui s'infiltre dans une douille/écrou (5). Cette barre de filetage est tournée par un embrayage réglable du couple (2) qui est réglé par une bague (3). L'embrayage réglable du couple est tourné par un moteur électrique de vitesse variable. Un système de blocage (par l'intermédiaire de la douille/écrou (5)), sert à convertir le tournevis actionné avec un système automatique pour des vis ou des boulons en un tournevis actionné standard.
