Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil destinés à effectuer simultanément des dosages biologiques multiples. L'appareil (40) comprend une source de lumière laser (42), un réseau de diffraction (48) servant à diffracter la lumière pour obtenir des faisceaux d'excitation multiples, un support d'échantillons (50) contenant plusieurs échantillons (52) destinés au dosage et un dispositif de détection (60) servant à détecter le rayonnement émis ou transmis par les échantillons. L'application de l'invention concerne des dosages par fluorescence ou par absorbance tels que les ELISAs. L'invention concerne aussi des supports d'échantillons utilisés dans ce procédé de même que des réseaux de diffraction. Une autre modification comprend la description de l'utilisation du procédé de génération de puces ADN et similaires par procédé de photochimie.
