Abstract
Cette invention concerne une unité de chauffage d'air qui comprend une enceinte (1) avec une garniture (2), une tuyère (3), ainsi qu'une coupole (5) dont la partie supérieure renferme une préchambre (6) coaxiale qui comprend une enceinte (7) et une garniture (8) avec une butée indépendante (9) sur l'enceinte de ladite préchambre. Un raccord de soufflage à chaud (4) est disposé au-dessus de la tuyère à une distance au moins égale à une fois son diamètre au niveau de la section d'écoulement. Les canaux de passage de gaz (11) et d'air (12, 13) sont formés dans la paroi latérale et verticale (10) de la garniture de la préchambre, et communiquent avec des collecteurs (14, 15) et des raccords (16, 17) internes d'alimentation en gaz et en air. Les axes des canaux supérieurs (13) en partant du collecteur inférieur (15) sont orientés vers l'axe de l'unité de chauffage d'air (18) et sont décalés vers le haut d'un angle allant jusqu'à 30° par rapport au plan horizontal. Les axes des canaux (11, 12) sont disposés dans le plan horizontal à un angle de 15 à 30° par rapport aux rayons traversant les centres de leurs sections de sortie.
