Abstract

L'invention concerne des produits céréaliers contenant des céréales et N-[N-(3,3-diméthylbutyl)-L-α-aspartyl]-L-phénylalanine 1-méthyl ester en une quantité efficace pour édulcorer les produits. L'invention concerne également des produits céréaliers contenant des céréales et un mélange édulcorant de N-[N-(3,3-diméthylbutyl)-L-α-aspartyl]-L-phénylalanine 1-méthyl ester et d'un autre édulcorant en une quantité combinée efficace pour édulcorer le produit. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation des produits céréaliers de la présente invention.
