Abstract

L'invention concerne une seringue dont le corps présente une extrémité avant conçue pour être assemblée avec un ensemble aiguille, un piston pouvant coulisser dans le corps et pourvu d'un obturateur sur son extrémité avant, enfin une chambre annulaire définie par le piston et une paroi entourant le piston. L'intérieur du corps et la chambre annulaire peuvent être préremplis de deux composants qui doivent être mélangés avant d'être administrés. La rétraction du piston permet d'établir une communication entre l'intérieur du corps et la chambre annulaire, de sorte que les composants préremplis puissent se mélanger à l'intérieur du corps. Dans une variante, seule la chambre annulaire est préremplie d'un médicament destiné à être administré, le médicament étant transféré à un endroit situé devant le joint de piston en réponse à la réaction du piston, de sorte que ce médicament est prêt à être administré par pression sur le piston.
