Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif chauffant ou appareil se présentant sous forme d'applicateur (20) qui peut être monté ou démonté d'une base chauffante (80). L'applicateur comprend un rouleau chauffant (30) monté rotatif dans un boîtier (20) que l'on peut saisir et le rouleau (30) est chauffé par contact thermique à l'aide d'un élément chauffant (60) logé dans la base lorsque l'applicateur repose sur celle-ci. Lorsque le rouleau est chauffé à une température adéquate par l'élément chauffant (60), l'applicateur est démonté de la base et le rouleau chauffant est roulé doucement sur une bande de cire froide (80) placée auparavant sur la peau, afin de faire adhérer la cire chaude aux poils de la peau que l'on peut dépiler en retirant brusquement la bande refroidie.
