Abstract

La présente invention concerne une suspension à bras tirés comprenant une paire d'ensembles bras tirés (16) portant un moyeu (12) sur lequel sont montées les roues au contact du sol. Chacun des ensembles bras tirés comprend un bras tiré (18) dont une extrémité est montée pivotante sur un étrier de châssis (20) suspendu à un châssis d'automobile (10), l'autre extrémité étant reliée au châssis de l'automobile par un ressort pneumatique (24) s'opposant élastiquement au mouvement de pivotement du bras tiré. L'essieu est relié au bras tiré entre le point de montage pivotant et le ressort pneumatique par une bande de cerclage (40) maintenant compressivement l'essieu et couplé au bras tiré par une liaison élastique(26, 28). Un étrier de montage d'ensemble frein (70, 72, 74), fixé de façon rigide à l'une au moins des bandes de cerclage, assure le couplage sur l'axe du mouvement de mise en oeuvre de l'ensemble frein.
