Ce cycle comprend un cadre (4) présentant un tube de direction (5), une fourche (6) montée rotative dans le tube de direction (5), une potence (8) de guidon logée dans la fourche (6), un guidon (3) relié à la potence (8), des moyens de serrage (9) disposés entre le guidon (3) et la fourche (6) et destinés à serrer la potence (8) dans la fourche (6), ces moyens (9) étant montés sur une tige (10) s'étendant dans la potence (8) et le guidon (3). Ce cycle est caractérisé par des moyens de couplage (11) de la potence (8) et de la fourche (6), disposés entre les moyens de serrage (9) et la potence (8), de façon que l'on puisse, sans forcer, tourner le guidon (3) par rapport à la roue avant (1).
