Bei der Herstellung von Kunststoff-Ausstattungsteilen für den Kraftfahrzeuginnenraum, beispielsweise Instrumententafeln, Armlehnen etc., wird ein Kunststoff-Träger als Basisteil verwendet, der in einem weiteren Arbeitsgang mit einer Oberflächenhaut versehen wird. Gleich- zeitig wird eine Schaumschicht zwischen Oberflächenhaut und Träger eingespritzt. Hierbei läßt es sich nicht verhindern, daß die Schaumschicht auch auf Flächen des Trägers gelangt, die an und für sich nicht mit einer Schaumschicht versehen werden sollen, weil sie noch für andere Zwecke benötigt werden. Diese Schaumschicht muß dann in einem weiteren Arbeitsgang von Hand eventuell mit Hilfe einer geeigneten Einrichtung entfernt werden, wobei zum leichteren Entfernen vor dem Aufbringen der Schaumschicht ein Trennmittel auf diese Flächen des Trägers aufgebracht wird.In the production of plastic equipment parts for the motor vehicle interior, for example instrument panels, armrests, etc., a plastic carrier is used as the base part, which is provided with a surface skin in a further operation.
