Abstract

Die Vorrichtung zum Pelletieren strangförmiger Produkte weist ein Gehäuse (1) mit einem Einlass und einem Auslass für das Produkt und eine zwischen diesen eingesetzten Lochscheibe (3) auf. Nach dem Durchtritt durch eine Lochscheibe (3) liegt das Produkt in Strängen vor. Statt dessen möchte man krümelige und streufähige Pellets bekommen. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass auf der Auslassseite der Lochscheibe (3) mindestens ein im Wesentlichen parallel zur Lochscheibe (3) drehbares und über eine Welle (6) antreibbares Schneidelement (4, 9) angeordnet ist.
