Abstract

La présente invention concerne des boissons à faible teneur en acide pouvant être fortifiées avec du calcium sans altérer leur goût ou leur texture. Ces produits présentent une source de calcium plus assimilable et contiennent par portion entre 3 et 100 % de la dose de calcium quotidienne recommandée. En outre, ces compositions aqueuses fortifiées en calcium présentent une teneur en calcium élémentaire pouvant atteindre 850 ppm. Par ailleurs, la source de calcium supplémentaire utilisée pour fortifier les boissons est ajoutée directement à ces boissons ou ajoutée sous la forme d'au moins un prémélange.
