Abstract

Abschlussstück für Lichtleitfasern (5, 28), das aus einem länglichen Gehäuse besteht, das eine durchgehende, sich in axialer Richtung erstreckende, zylindrische Öffnung zur Aufnahme einer Lichtleitfaser sowie äussere Passungen (134) als Referenzflächen für die Aufnahme in den Fassungen aufweist. An dem Ende des Gehäuses (123), an dem die Lichtleitfaser (5, 28) eintritt, wird die Lichtleitfaser (5, 28) aufgenommen und innerhalb des Gehäuses geführt. Am anderen Ende des Gehäuses (132) ist eine kurzbrennweitige Sammellinse (133) befestigt. Das Ende der Lichtleitfaser (5, 28) und die Sammellinse (133) sind innerhalb der durchgehenden, sich in axialer Richtung erstreckenden, zylindrischen Öffnung (130) so relativ zueinander ausgerichtet und fixiert, dass der Austrittspunkt der Strahlung aus der Lichtleitfaser (5, 28) etwa im Brennpunkt der Sammellinse (133) liegt und das aus der Sammellinse austretende Strahlenbündel des Laserstrahls (144) in Bezug auf die Passungen (134) definiert ausgerichtet ist.
