Durch Öffnungen (28a bis 28k) und (31a bis 31k) werden die beiden Platten (26) und (30) mittels arretierender in die fluchtenden Öffnungen eingreifender Kunststoffclips miteinander verbunden. Die Platte (30) weist noch weitere Öffnungen (31o bis 31t) auf. Figur 5 zeigt ein Gehäuse (3) in einem horizontalen Schnitt in der Draufsicht, in der der Werbeträger (4) eingebracht werden kann, z.B. mittels Schienen (9), wie in Figur lb beschrieben. Das Gehäuse (3) ist mit einer seitlichen Klappe (13) versehen, die entsprechend dem Doppelpfeil (32) mittels eines Gelenks oder Scharniers (33) zu öffnen oder zu schließen ist. Ein Schloß (35) kann die Klappe (13) in Schließstellung verschlossen halten. Zum Befestigen des Gehäuses (3) an der Fixierplatte (30) dienen obere Schnappverschlußelemente (34o bis 34t) , die in die Öffnungen (31o bis 31t) der Fixierplatte (30) einrasten und das Gehäuse (3) oben an der Fixierplatte (30) arretieren. Dem gleichen Zweck dienen untere Schnappverschlüsse (34n, 34m, 341) am Gehäuse (3) , die in entsprechende Öffnungen (31n, 31m, 311) einrasten und das Gehäuse (3) unten an der Fixierplatte (30) arretieren. Für eine zusätzliche feste Auflage der Frontplatte (40) auf der Grundplatte (38) sorgen Rastverschlüsse (48) , die nach ihrem Einrasten in entsprechende Vertiefungen der Grundplatte (38) die Frontplatte (40) fest vor den in der Nut (47) geführten Werbeträger preßt. Entsprechende Gummidichtungen im Bereich von Längskanten (49, 50) bzw.
