Abstract

Improved disposable panties (1) include a sanitary towel (2), applied through fixing means to the panties (1), in such a way to remain firmly positioned in correspondence of the fork of the panties (1). The fixing means (3) of the sanitary towel (2) to the panties (1) are constituted by a seal made along the peripheral edge of the sanitary towel (2).

Description

IMPROVED DISPOSABLE PANTIES.
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention concerns the field of underclothes and, in particular, relates to improved disposable panties, designed to be used preferably by women, particularly during the menstrual period.
BACKGROUND ART
It is known that, during the menstrual period, the women use sanitary towels that are placed onto the panties.
The main drawback due to the use of such sanitary towels is that they do not avoid the underclothes dirtying, because the adsorption is not complete and the sanitary towels are joined in a removable way to the related panties and therefore they lean to move with the body movements.
The delicate and expensive underclothes therefore need to be washed frequently and energetically and, as consequence, they become deteriorated very soon.
Besides, particularly during the trips, it is practically impossible to keep suitable hygienic conditions, because the used clothes are placed in the baggage close to the clean ones.
There are sanitary towels endowed of side tongues that are folded around the panties edges, or of adhesive strips or self-joining strips to provide a better adherence of sanitary towel to the panties fork. However these means cannot guarantee the complete immobility of the sanitary towel inside the panties.
There are also known napkins for babies and incontinent people, which have a thick absorbent layer covered with a plastic wrap designed to be laced up around the body. These napkins absorb very well but they are very bulky, cause perspiration, have not precise anatomical sizes and, as consequence of opening, they can grow loose. For their discomfort they are not suitable to the specified use. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the present invention is to propose disposable panties, fit to guarantee optimal absorption and hygienic conditions, particularly during the women menstrual period, or in case of light incontinence, both in daily use and during the trips.
Another object is to propose disposable panties fit to avoid movement of the sanitary towel joined thereto and therefore to make the woman more free during movements.
Further object is to propose disposable panties of simple and economic realisation, designed to be used instead of the most expensive traditional underclothes.
The panties described herein have incorporated a sanitary towel, sewed or however applied in such a way to remain firmly positioned. It is made, in different sizes, with elastic and resistant hypoallergenic textile, or with other material fit to get the wearness and comfort of a normal panties, of low cost in order to throw it away after the use.
In that way the dirtying of the most expensive underclothes and of any other object that could be in contact with the dirty panties is avoided.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The invention is now described in details with reference to the attached drawings, in which:
- figure 1 shows a frontal view of panties object of the invention; figure 2 shows a rear view of the panties of figure 1;
- figure 3 shows a frontal view of a further version of the panties of figure 1.
BEST MODE OF CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In figures 1 and 2, numeral 1 indicates disposable panties provided, in correspondence of their fork, with a sanitary towel 2, firmly fixed to panties 1 by fastening means 3, essentially constituted, for example, by a seam.
In the preferred embodiment the sanitary towel 2 is placed almost on the top of the whole fork of panties 1 and is fixed thereto along their external edges, for example by means of a peripheral seam or a thermo-sealing or a sticking, both peripheral or distributed on the whole internal surface contacting the fork.
In a variant of the invention, the sanitary towel is inserted into a suitable pocket, made in correspondence of the panties fork or in a couple of pocket displaced on the internal surface thereof and designed to contain the ends of the sanitary towel 2.
The panties 1 are made in different sizes and colours, and have an anatomical shape which fit perfectly to the woman body wearing them, such as the traditional panties.
In figure 3 is shown a second embodiment of the panties 1 having side openings in correspondence of the body side and closing means joined with the edges 4 of panties sides. This closing means can be of the type self- joining strips, adhesive ribbon or other means, in order to easily put on and off the panties 1.
The panties 1 can be distributed in hermetic wrappings, usable also for its disposal after the use.
Besides, the use of these panties avoids frequent washing that cause the expensive and delicate underclothes deterioration.
It is advantageous to note that these panties 1 makes woman even more free during movements, because the movement of sanitary towel is avoided, and, by virtue of its low cost, after the use they can be thrown away into the refusals, without dirtying or contaminating by contact others garments.
The main advantage of the present invention is to supply disposable panties, fit to guarantee optimal absorption and hygienic conditions, particularly during the women menstrual period, or in case of light incontinence, both in daily use and during the trips.
Another advantage is to supply disposable panties fit to avoid movement of the sanitary towel joined thereto and therefore to make the woman more free in the movements.
Further advantage is to supply disposable panties of simple and economic realisation, designed to be used instead of the most expensive traditional underclothes.
