Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de maximiser l'intensité du courant critique (Jc) de matériaux aux cuprates (HTSC) qui consiste à gérer le niveau de dopage ou la concentration en trous des matériaux pour qu'il soit supérieur au niveau de dopage ou de concentration en trous du matériau à l'état où il assure une température de transition supraconductrice maximale (Tc) et pour qu'il se situe aux environs d'une valeur telle que le pseudo-intervalle à l'état normal soit ramené à un minimum. En l'occurrence, Jc est maximum pour une concentration en trous p≈0,19. Font aussi l'objet de cette invention les composés HTSC.
