Abstract
The present invention can be used for protecting steel pipes against corrosion, in particular those used in thermal networks. This invention essentially relates to a fine-grain mixture used for applying an anti-corrosion coating on the inner surface of a pipe, wherein said mixture includes a binder, sand, water as well as additives. In order to increase the strength of the coating obtained from the mixture, the binder in said mixture consists of a cement composition while the additive consists of an aqueous solution comprising a C-3 super-plastifier and a sugar liquor. The components of the mixture are selected in the following amounts: concerning the cement composition, from 22.3 to 18.2 wt.% of a binder with a low water demand of 100; from 13.4 to 10.9 wt.% of a binder with a low water demand of 70; from 8.47 to 6.9 wt.% of a Portland cement having a DO grade of at least M 400; from 0.03 to 0.028 wt.% of a C-3 super-plastifier; from 0.22 to 0.072 wt.% of a sugar liquor; from 44.6 to 54.7 wt.% of sand; and from 10.98 to 9.2 wt.% of water.
