Abstract

La présente invention décrit des procédés pour l'intégration dirigée sur un site d'un transgène dans un génome de plante, à l'aide de systèmes de recombinase et de recombinaison dirigés sur un site. L'invention décrit l'utilisation de deux sites de reconnaissance de recombinase différents, en particulier, deux sites de reconnaissance de recombinase qui différent dans leurs segments espaceurs. L'invention concerne également des plantes transgéniques obtenues par le procédé selon l'invention, et leur descendance.
