Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent contenant au moins un film organique, dont l'un au moins est un film organique électroluminescent, disposé entre une matière d'anode et une matière de cathode, de sorte que lorsqu'il est sous tension, le dispositif est polarisé en sens direct et des trous et des électrons sont injectés dans le film organique électroluminescent, ce qui entraîne une émission de lumière par ce dernier. La matière de cathode contient un film d'ytterbium ou un film métallique formé par métallisation sous vide ou couchage par métal dur d'un alliage de magnésium et d'un second métal présentant un travail d'extraction supérieur, cet alliage présentant un taux de magnésium compris entre 80 et 98 %.
