Abstract

L'invention concerne des surfaces industrielles, notamment en métal ou en métallo-céramique, chargées d'un composé fluoro-organique. Un reste d'hydrocarbure, partiellement fluoré ou chloré, est fixé par addition de façon sélective à des imperfections de la surface par un groupe polaire ou bipolaire, ce qui améliore nettement les propriétés de la surface, notamment ses propriétés d'usure et de résistance. Ainsi, le frottement par glissement et roulement, par exemple, est considérablement réduit. Cette invention s'adapte à toutes les surfaces de glissement et de roulement des pièces de machines notamment d'un véhicule. Un domaine d'application préféré est la charge des surfaces de roulement d'un cylindre de moteur en métal léger, tel qu'en alliage d'aluminium. La charge de surfaces de travail et de surfaces opérationnelles d'outils de déformation mécanique, la charge de surfaces, contenant un métal, de disques optiques et l'utilisation du composé fluoro-organique dans des procédés de revêtement au plasma représentent d'autres domaines d'application.
