Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à l'industrie de transformation du bois et peut être utilisée afin de fabriquer des panneaux marginaux décoratifs à partir de bois comme matière première, notamment des déchets de bois. Ces panneaux peuvent être utilisés pour le revêtement artistique de murs à l'intérieur de locaux, de meubles et d'autres articles ou de parties distinctes de ceux-ci, ainsi que dans la fabrication de lattes de parquet. Ce procédé consiste à préparer des bûches de bois, à mettre en forme des ébauches dont la section transversale est en forme de polygone régulier, à relier ces ébauches sous forme d'un paquet en les collant le long de leurs bords longitudinaux et en comprimant le paquet, à débiter le paquet en plaques et à calibrer les ébauches. Avant la mise en forme, les bûches arrondies sont comprimées sur toute leur longueur, tandis que la mise en forme des ébauches se fait selon un procédé de compression sur les contours dans des moules profilés, les ébauches étant ensuite séchées dans ces mêmes moules. La compression du paquet encollé se fait en le maintenant sous pression selon trois axes qui sont perpendiculaires les uns aux autres. Une fois le paquet débité en plaques, on effectue une découpe dimensionnelle de ces dernières afin d'obtenir des éléments que l'on colle sur un support de manière à obtenir un motif décoratif.
