Abstract

La présente invention concerne une cale pour caler sur chant une boîte à fromage, tout emballage, tout objet rond courbe ou ovale, toute boîte ronde, courbe ou ovale comportant un couvercle à recouvrement, et tout cylindre creux, afin de leur éviter tout roulement intempestif. Cette cale (1) est constituée par trois dents parallèles (3-4) réunies par un support (2), la dent centrale (3) pénètre à l'intérieur de la bordure du couvercle (8), les dents latérales (4) restant à l'extérieur. Les dents (3-4) dans l'intervalle desquelles (5) est insérée la bordure du couvercle (8) maintiennent la cale. Le support (2) se trouvant contre la bordure du fond de la boîte (9) et les dents extérieures (4), forment la base solidaire souhaitée, de la boîte verticale fermée. Utilisations non limitatives possibles dans l'alimentation, le bâtiment, l'industrie, la décoration, l'imprimerie.

Description

Cale pour caler sur chant une boîte à fromage, tout emballage, tout objet rond courbe ou ovale, toute boite ronde, courbe ou ovale comportant un couvercle à recouvrement et tout cylindre creux.
La présente invention concerne une cale permettant de caler sur chant une boîte à fromage, toutes sortes d'emballages, tout objet rond, courbe ou ovale, ainsi que de caler sur chant, toute boite ronde courbe ou ovale comportant un couvercle à recouvrement et tout cylindre creux, afin de leur éviter tout roulement intempestif. - Actuellement le calage d'un objet cylindrique creux s'obtient en employant des cales de formes diverses non solidaires de l'objet à immobiliser, et donc susceptible de se déplacer, ce qui comporte un risque de déstabilisation.
Le but de la présente invention est de solidariser l'objet à caler avec sa cale, en lui apportant une base stable. 0- Cette nouvelle cale qui peut être constituée comme un ustensile tridenté (1) dont la dent centrale (3) pénètre à l'intérieur de l'objet, le support (2) restant à l'extérieur constituant ainsi une base solidaire.
La dent centrale insérée dans la partie intérieure de l'objet solidarise celui-ci avec le support de dents. - Cette cale, réalisée pour caler en position verticale une boîte de fromage par exemple, comporte un support de forme et d'épaisseur variables, muni de trois dents.
La dent centrale est de longueur suffisante pour obtenir l'effet de serrage sur la bordure du couvercle.
Les dents latérales peuvent être d'épaisseur, de longueur ou de largeur différentes selon - les caractéristiques particulières de l'objet à caler.
Dans le cas d'une boîte avec couvercle à recouvrement, la cale peut ne comporter qu'une seule dent insérée entre la bordure du couvercle et la bordure du fond de la boite fermée.
Le nombre de dents peut varier en plus ou en moins selon la forme de l'objet à caler.
Les dents de la cale peuvent être munies d'un système de serrage : boulon, vis ou autre - destiné à la serrer sur l'objet à caler.
Les dents et le support peuvent devenir indifféremment télescopiques quel que soit le procédé utilisé, individuellement ou simultanément, à titre d'exemple non limitatif : pneumatique, pas de vis, crémaillère.
Les dents de la cale sont proportionnées en longueur largeur et épaisseur, au diamètre de - l'objet et de son épaisseur, ainsi qu'au poids total à maintenir.
Les dents peuvent être décalées sur les plans horizontal et vertical par rapport au support
L'une ou plusieurs des dents de la cale peuvent former un angle avec le support L'une ou plusieurs des dents de la cale peuvent être indifféremment courbées dans leur longueur et/ou leur largeur, afin de mieux pincer l'objet à caler ou de s'adapter à sa forme. - Dans le cas d'une boite par exemple, la cale peut comporter un ou plusieurs ergots d'arrêt formant un angle avec elle, destinés à maintenir le fond de la boite fermée sous son couvercle.
Les dents de la cale et leur support peuvent être de formes diverses, adaptables à l'objet à caler. Le matériau utilisé pour réaliser la cale peut être de matière plastique, de bois, de carton, de métal, rigide ou ayant une certaine élasticité, et en général en tout matériau à déterminer en fonction de l'objet à caler.
La cale peut être recouverte de produit adhésif, revêtue d'un matériau anti-glissement ou - encore magnétisée.
Dans le cas d'un emballage ou d'une boite magnétisable, la cale peut être fabriquée en métal aimanté.
La cale peut être ajourée et à titre non limitatif peut comporter un message imprimé, collé, publicitaire, un mode d'emploi ou un jeu. 0- Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention :

(7) pour le fond d'une boite. 0- La figure 3 représente : la cale (1) fixée sur le couvercle à recouvrement d'une boite fermée, la bordure du fond de la boite (9), la bordure du couvercle de la boite (8) sur laquelle est fixée la cale (1) dont les dents latérales (4) sont apparentes, tandis que la dent centrale (3) en pointillé, se trouve à 5- l' intérieur de la bordure du couvercle (8), la bordure du fond de la boite fermée (9) contre le support dentelé (2), la bordure du couvercle (8) insérée dans les intervalles (5).
La figure 4 représente : la cale calant sur champ l'ensemble d'une boite fermée comportant un couvercle à recouvrement, 0- la bordure du fond de la boite (9) en pointillé, la dent centrale (3) en pointillé à l'intérieur du couvercle de la boite (8), les dents latérales (4) à l'extérieur de la boite.
Bien entendu l'invention n'est pas limitée aux modes de réalisation représentés et décrits ci-dessus, mais en couvre au contraire toutes les variantes. 5- A titre d'exemple non limitatif et dans le cas du calage d'une boite à fromage, la cale aura les dimensions suivantes :
5, 5 cm pour la longueur 4,00 cm pour la largeur
0,1 cm pour l'épaisseur 2,5 cm pour la longueur des dents
1,5 cm pour la largeur des dents 0,5 cm pour l'intervalle entre les dents L'utilisateur maintenant la cale (1) par son support (2) introduit la dent centrale (3) à l'intérieur de la base de la bordure du couvercle, tandis qu'il fait glisser les dents latérales
(4) à l'extérieur de celui-ci, la bordure du couvercle s'insérant dans les intervalles (5) entre les dents. - Les dimensions de la cale peuvent varier selon la nature et le poids des matériaux mis en œuvre.
La cale (1) peut comporter sur son support (2) un ergot d'arrêt (7) qui permet dans le cas d'une boite de faible épaisseur, de maintenir le fond de la boite sous son couvercle.
La cale est destinée à maintenir sur chant tout objet cylindrique présentant une partie 0 - creuse, par exemple des boites à fromage, à confiserie, des tuyaux de tous calibres, des bobines. Elle s'avère utile dans des corporations aussi diverses que l'alimentation, l'industrie électrique, les travaux publics et en général tous les métiers où l'on manipule des objets courbes et creux.
Dans le cas d'une boîte à fromage à pâte molle, camembert par exemple, il y a meilleure 5- conservation de la pâte coulante du fromage entamé, du fait que la boîte qui le contient étant calée sur chant la pâte coule sur elle-même à l'intérieur de celle-ci.
Dans le cas d'exposition de produits alimentaires, fromages, confiseries, la cale maintient sur chant les boîtes, afin d'obtenir un visuel optimum de leur emballage.
Dans le cas de tuyaux ou de cylindres creux, la cale solidaire évite leur roulement 0- intempestif et permet de les immobiliser exactement, lors d'un raccordement, d'une installation ou d'un stockage.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1) Cale servant à caler sur chant une boite à fromage, tout emballage et tout objet rond courbe ou ovale, et à caler également sur chant toute boite ronde courbe ou ovale comprenant un couvercle à recouvrement et tout cylindre creux, afin de leur éviter tout roulement intempestif, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un support - de dents (2) dont l'une au moins (3) pénètre à l'intérieur de la base de l'objet à caler, ce support restant à l'extérieur et formant cale.
2) Cale selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le support (2) comporte une seule dent (3) permettant de caler sur chant une boite avec son couvercle à recouvre ment. 0- 3) Cale selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le support (2) comporte plusieurs dents (4) venant se placer de part et d'autre de l'objet à caler, rendant la cale solidaire de celui-ci.
4) Cale selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les dents (3-4) sont décalées sur les plans horizontal et/ou vertical par rapport 5- au support (2).
5) Cale selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les dents (3-4) forment un angle avec le support (2).
6) Cale selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les dents (3-4) sont courbées dans leur longueur et/ou leur largeur. 0- 7) Cale selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en qu'une ou plusieurs de ses dents (3-4) sont munies d'un système de serrage : de type boulon, vis, ressort, destiné à la serrer sur l'objet à caler.
8) Cale selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les dents (3-4) et le support (2) sont télescopiques individuellement ou simultanément. 5- 9) Cale selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les dents (3-4) et le support (2) peuvent être commandés par crémaillère, pas de vis, moyens pneumatiques.
10) Cale selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte au moins un ergot d'arrêt (7) formant un angle avec le support (2). 0- 11) Cale selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est magnétisée, recouverte d'un produit adhésif ou d'un revêtement anti-glissement.
