Abstract

Cette invention permet à un système d'élimination d'eaux usées, de boues et de boues humides d'extraire des eaux usées, boues et boues humides collectées, tout le nécessaire à la production de matériaux de construction, de gaz et d'engrais non pollués, au moyen d'un filtre (22), d'un déshydrateur (52) et d'un agitateur (36). Ce système d'élimination d'eaux usées, de boues et de boues humides se caractérise par les opérations consistant: à introduire des eaux usées, des boues et des boues humides dans une machine centrifuge (10); à amener dans une première meuleuse (20) les composants solides des eaux usées, des boues et des boues humides introduits dans ladite machine centrifuge (10); à utiliser un séparateur granulométrique (24) pour trier les particules passées dans ladite première meuleuse (20) selon une granulométrie fixe, grâce à un filtre membrane; à appliquer un traitement par voie humide (30) ou un traitement par voie sèche (40) en fonction de ladite granulométrie; ainsi qu'à mélanger entre elles les particules ayant subi un traitement par voie humide et par voie sèche (30, 40). Ce système d'élimination d'eaux usées, de boues et de boues humides trie les eaux usées, les boues et les boues humides entrantes, à chaque état, pour permettre la production de briques, de tuiles, de blocs, de béton, de gaz, de produits chimiques et d'engrais organiques non pollués destinés à l'agriculture.
