Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen diodengepumpten Festkörperlaser (DFKL) mit einer einen Diodenstapel (2) aufweisenden Pumplichtquelle (1), einem Laserstab (7) und einer Pumpkavität (8), wobei die Pumplichtquelle, in einem separaten Gehäuse untergebracht, als Pumpmodul mit einfachen Handgriffen austauschbar ist. Die Pumplichtquelle ist dadurch vor elektrostatischer Entladung der Dioden, mechanischer Belastung und vor Verschmutzung geschützt. Durch die Möglichkeit, alternativ Pumplichtquellen unterschiedlicher Pumpleistung in das Pumpmodul unterzubringen, kann dieses sowohl zum Zwecke des Austausches bei Verschleiß, als auch bei einem anderen Leistungsbedarf durch den Nutzer ausgetauscht werden.
