Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé qui consiste à appliquer des vibrations sur les cylindres avant et après une campagne d'exploitation de ces derniers selon un mode réglementé. La quantité de tensions vibratoires est délimitée par une plage de valeurs des quantités de tension de résistance aux déformations microplastiques σCMD du matériau dont est fait le corps du cylindre à l'état initial instable, et de résistance aux déformations microplastiques σCMD à l'état stabilisé ou étalonné lors de fréquences de résonance d'oscillations en torsion du corps du cylindre. Un cylindre type est tout d'abord soumis à des vibrations d'une manière prédéterminée afin de définir la plage des valeurs de la puissance nécessaire à l'application des vibrations, l'application des vibrations se faisant selon un mode réglementé. La fin de l'application des vibrations correspond à la stabilisation du niveau de puissance des oscillations du corps du cylindre.
