Abstract

Eine SQUID-Anordnung mit einem an einen SQUID induktiv gekoppelten Tankschwingkreis (3), der einen Kondensator (C1) und gewickelte Spule (L2) umfaßt und mit einer Ausleseeinheit (7) gekoppelt ist, ist so ausgebildet, daß der Tankschwingkreis (3) auch induktiv an die Ausleseeinheit (7) gekoppelt ist.
